Many of the women who come to me aren’t just navigating one thing.
They’re holding layers.
They might be:
*Trying to conceive and feeling emotionally exhausted
*Moving through grief or pregnancy loss
*Carrying birth trauma, womb wounds or fear in their body
*Feeling disconnected from their cycle or womb
*Living in a nervous system that rarely feels calm
*Questioning their intuition after years of pushing through
On the outside, your functioning.
On the inside, something feels tight. Guarded. Over-alert. Distant.
And often, no one has told them this simple truth:
When your body has experienced stress, trauma, or loss — it adapts.
It protects.
It holds.
Your womb doesn’t close because you’re failing.
She closes because she learned to survive.
What if nothing is wrong with you?
What if your body isn’t broken — just protecting you?
When the nervous system has lived in stress, pressure, grief, or survival for too long, the body adapts. The womb tightens.
The breath shortens. The pelvis braces. Trust feels distant.
But the body can learn something new.
Safety can be restored.
The pelvic bowl can soften.
The nervous system can settle.
And the womb can begin to feel like home again.
This work is not about forcing outcomes.
It’s not about trying harder.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about gently creating the conditions where your body feels safe enough to open.
I guide women through trauma-informed, womb-centred nervous system support so they can reconnect with the part of themselves that already knows how to create, hold, and nurture life.
Because when safety returns, everything changes.

I didn’t arrive at this work by accident.
For 12 years, I worked within the hospital system as a midwife.
For 6 years, I supported families as a Child & Family Health Nurse.
I witnessed strength.
I witnessed heartbreak.
I witnessed how often women were told what to do, how to conform & not make a fuss
within a system that wasn't made for birthing women.
They were rarely supported to establish safety in their own bodies, to trust & voice their instincts & have agency over their experiences.
And I began to see something clearly:
When a woman doesn’t feel safe in her body or environment, no amount of information changes that.
So I stepped beyond the clinical walls and began deepening into trauma-informed, nervous-system and womb-centred work.
Today, I support women who feel disconnected from their body, out of touch with their womb, or unsure how to trust themselves again.
My approach blends grounded clinical understanding with embodied, compassionate presence.
I don’t fix women.
I help them feel safe enough to soften & remember, so their own wisdom can lead the way.
In amongst this journey I have myself journeyed through my own remembrance, spiritual awakening many many dark knights of the soul experiences. I have birthed 2 babies & exploring my own womb healing journey, which was catalytic in rebirthing me as the woman I am today.
Alongside birthing my soul business which feels like another baby to me, as we continue to create ripples into the world & create a legacy for the future generation one woman at a time.
