For over 12 years, I walked alongside women as a Midwife and Child & Family Health Nurse.

I witnessed, first-hand, the profound transformation of Matrescence — the becoming of a mother — from pre-conception through to postpartum and beyond.

I watched women bring babies into the world…
while quietly feeling as though they were losing parts of themselves.

I could see the unspoken longing.
The disconnection from their bodies.
The loss of trust in their innate womb wisdom.

And I knew deeply there had to be another way.

I myself am a Mama to 2 beautiful children, who were my spiritual initiators. They cracked me open to say the least. Through Prenatal and Postpartum Depression & Anxiety I journeyed into the dark night of soul numerous times to re-discover the forgotten parts of myself and continue to awaken the vastness of what it means to be a feminine woman.

My Matrescence journey intertwined with my deeper Spiritual Awakening allowed me to dismantle the masks and become the woman & mother I am today.

Healing my ancestral wounds and reconnecting to my feminine essence, I know that my legacy will be one that my future grandchildren will be proud of.

I have numerous tools in my toolbox, that I've accumulated over the years, that have been so deeply healing and supportive for myself, that I have now embodied, so that I can share the deep wisdom with you.

Through powerful shamanic energy healing and womb-centred practices, I love nothing more than to hold space for your unique transformation, guiding you back to yourself.
