All offerings including Shamanic Womb Alchemy sessions, Feminine Rebirth Initiation, Women’s Circles, ceremonies, and retreats are complementary wellbeing services designed to support personal growth and feminine reconnection.

These services do not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Your booking secures your place in the session, circle, mentoring container, or retreat.

Cancellations and Refunds

Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing throughout all services.

Intellectual Property

All content, teachings, resources, and materials shared through sessions, circles, mentoring, retreats, website, or social platforms remain the intellectual property of Kirstie Maddocks and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

1:1 Sessions and Feminine Rebirth Initiation

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice.

Cancellations within 48 hours are non refundable.

If I am unwell, or unable to fulfil your appointment, I will endeavour to give you as much notice as I can, to honour your time as well as mine.

Women’s Circles and Events

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are refundable. After that no refunds are issued, due to the intimate nature of my events.

You may transfer your ticket to another woman if you cannot attend.

Retreats

Retreat payments are non refundable due to planning, venue, and preparation costs.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant with notice.

In the unlikely event that Kirstie Maddocks needs to cancel a retreat, a full refund will be provided.
